ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Dr. Udya Chandra Shukla is working as Chief Librarian and Assistant Professor (Adj.) in the Department of Library & Information Systems, Fiji National University (Fiji). His 16 year research interest relate to the study as specialized for electronic resources, information services and collection management. He has been associated with many national/international training programs and chief advisors for ‘Board of Editors/Reviewers’. He attended more than 25 national and international conferences/seminars and published more than 20 research papers in various reputed journals. He has previously published a book on Evaluation of Library Services’ a text for researchers and learning resource centers.

ABOUT THE BOOK

Digital Library and Open Access is a text for all students and experienced teachers, who want to become an effective and revitalize their digitally knowledge. The book which contains ‘three parts’ and addresses: The first part concentrates on the dynamic digital library relationship between foundations/creation to build resources and preserve content of organizations in digital space.
